Windows Notepad with Ctrl+G (maybe Ctrl+S) crashes app.

Able to get focus / open / create todo from application.

if todo is open, get focus, if it isn't open it, if it doesn't exist, create and open it.

Add text glow

White icons with white text make it very hard to read. Glow color along with a glow option

Add to start up folder

since this is a clickonce app, can't configure the installer to do this. Can be done programmatically however.
